1. I confirm that the misconduct in which the tenant(s) has engaged is
    sufficiently serious to warrant the inclusion on their prospects of being able to
    secure accommodation.
  2. I understand that if I give false information about a tenant I will be expelled
    from membership of the Association.
  3. Where there is any dispute of fact as to the basis on which a tenant is to be
    included on the list, I have written (d) after his or her name. Otherwise I am
    not aware that any tenant disputes any such fact.
  4. I notified the tenant that I reserved the right to supply information to other
    landlords, the Cornwall Residential Landlords’ Association, other landlords’
    associations and local authorities, to enable me to provide a reference about
    the tenant to a prospective landlord.
