GAINING POSSESSION OF YOUR PROPERTY

RIGHT TO RENT CHECKS AGREEMENT BETWEEN LANDLORD AND AGENT

Right To Rent checks have raised a lot of queries recently, particularly regarding the responsibility of agents.  Coodes have helped to answer this and a sample agreement has been added to the Download Resources for Landlords page of the Membership area.  The agreement is available in both Microsoft Word format and in Adobe Reader format.  Word format has a blue logo and (DOC) at the end of the document name, Adobe Reader format has a red logo and (PDF) at the end of the document name.
