Have you served the government produced information sheet?
The four page document must be served on every tenant BY 31 May 2026.
If your tenancy is for joint tenants (more than one individual such as husband and wife or group of friends/students); a copy of the government document must be served individually on each person named on the tenancy agreement and you should get a receipt or acknowledgement from every person.
The document does not need to be served on permitted occupiers.
An alternative format document is available for those tenants who need it. If serving the alternative format document you must also serve the original information sheet.
