To be eligible to join the Cornwall Residential Landlords\' Association, members must either let one or more residential properties situated in Cornwall, including letting rooms to lodgers, or must act on behalf of individuals who let properties for residential purposes in the area.
This subscription is for individual landlords only, and currently costs £110 annually.
