RENTERS RIGHTS ACT

The Renters Rights Bill has been enacted and is now the Renters Rights Act.

We now need to await government guidance on timelines saying what parts of the Act will come into force on specified dates.

Landlords should check that all documentation and procedures are in place to be one step ahead of the game.

CRLA members are reminded that tenancy agreements and tenant application forms were updated recently.
